Events - New African Nation Day 2008

"Free The Land!!"
As the Chairperson of the People’s Center Council, Provisional Government of the Republic of New Afrika I want to extend a personal invitation to each and every citizen, active and/or inactive, and all members of organizations & formations in the New Afrikan Independence Movement to participate in this year’s New Afrikan Nation Day celebration.
This year on March 29 thru 31, 2008, marks the fortieth (40th) anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and founding of the Provisional Government, Republic of New Afrika. This was a historical event then; just as the existence of the Provisional Government 40 years later is a historical fact.
 

Now, just as then, the Demand is for Independence, Land and Reparations from the U.S. government. Come join with the Provisional Government, and other formations and organizations in the New Afrikan Independence Movement, in celebrating and building on the past in reaching "The Next Level"!

 

The Event will begin on Friday, March 28, 2008; and will see a full day of events & workshops on Saturday, March 29, 2008 and will end on Sunday, March 30, 2008. Proposals and plans built around Reparations and a commitment to those plans both on a local and national level will be one area of key concern. If your Organization, Group or Formation has a plan or project or would like to conduct a workshop concerning your area of interest in the Reparations or Independence movement you are asked to contact one of the co-ordinator(s) of New Afrikan Nation Day listed as follows:
